IP Lasagna

Ingredients
  • 1 - 24 oz. jar of sauce
  • 1 lb. Lean Grounded Beef
  • Season to your taste - (I add onion powder, garlic powder and Salt & Pepper)
  • I generally make my sauce ahead with the cooked ground beef included and freeze ahead.
  • Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
Steps
  1. Using a 7” Spring form pan, layer noodles, sauce, ricotta, mozzarella  ( I got three layers).
  2. Cover the pan with foil and add 1 Cup water the IP, place the Lasagna on the trivet and close lid. Seal and set to manual for 20 minutes, NPR 20 minutes  After removing , lift the foil and sprinkle top with Mozzarella and close the foil back to melt cheese and let set to cool for last 20 minutes.

  • I serve with side salad
