  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt

  • 1 cup pizza sauce or one 32-ounce can whole tomatoes, drained and crushed by hand
  • 2 to 3 cups shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • Additional toppings, as desired
