Ingredients
  • 1 cup white sugar (reviewer ½white ½brown, prob still too sweet)
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water (I did 2c)
  • ¼ cup minced garlic (I did 1c)
  • ¼ cup minced fresh ginger
  • 5 pounds bone-in chicken thighs with skin (I did boneless skinless)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Next time: Add some five spice?. Or rice vinegar?
