Triple Berry Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients
  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup monk fruit sweetener
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups frozen berry blend with strawberries, blackberries and raspberries
Steps
  1. 1. Add the steel cut oats, almond milk, water, vanilla, sweetener, and salt to the Instant Pot and stir to combine. Place the frozen berries on top. secure the lid.
  2. 2. Press the manual or pressure cook button on the instant pot and adjust the time to 4 minutes.
  3. 3. When the timer beeps, let pressure release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure until float valve drops, then unlock lid. serve worm.
