  • 1 stick of butter, ½ cup brown sugar Swerve melted on low on the stove top and stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup of almond flour, ½ tsp vanilla extract and 1 egg and mix with a spoon until smooth. Spread on a 9×13 pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and while warm sprinkle with chopped sugar free chocolate. Spread chocolate to cover when it is soft. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Cool on counter abd then in fridge. Cut in squares. Enjoy!
