Alton Brown's Gourmet Saltines
Ingredients
  • Saltines
  •  
  • 1 teaspoon of Dry Mustard Powder
  •  
  • 1 tablespoon of your preferred hot sauce, he uses Texas Pete
  •  
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (clarified or ghee if you have it)
Steps
  1. Mix the 4 tablespoons together, melt it.
  2. Dump in the Saltines and coat them in the liquid.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
  4. Once they’re done baking you let them air out and enjoy!
Notes
  • If you plan on saving them you should seal them in Tupperware or whatever airtight container you have that will prevent them from going stale.
