Instant Pot Hot Spinach Dip

Zoned out on cooking after 50 years of cooking dinner until I got my electric pressure cooker, now cooking's fun again. I'm using the Instant Pot Ultra.

8 Ounces Cream Cheese

1 Cup Sour Cream

10 Ounces Frozen Spinach

½ Cup White Onions (chopped)

½ Cup Chicken Broth

12 Ounces Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)

12 Ounces Parmesan Cheese (shredded)

5 Garlic Cloves (minced)

½ Teaspoon Salt

¼ Teaspoon Pepper
