  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
  • 8 oz mozzarella or cheddar cheese block, (cut into ¾-inch cubes)

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumb, (use a rolling pin to crush the breadcrumb)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 whole eggs, (lightly beaten)

  • 2 cups vegetable or canola oil , (add more as needed)
