Apple & Bacon Gluten-Free Galette with Almond Flour

  • 2 apples, cored, sliced into 16th
  • ½ lb bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp salt
