General Tso's Soy Curls

  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic, or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil or tahini
  • ¼ teaspoon ground chili or sriracha to taste
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ cup sauce
  • 2 teaspoons organic cornstarch

  • ½ package Soy Curls, about 2 cups - rehydrated

  • Steamed broccoli
