Memorial Day Sliders

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 3 hot dogs, chopped
  • 3 slices of bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. steak sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 16 slider buns
  • 1 lb. pack of bacon
  • Salt and pepper
Steps
  1. 1. Place hot dogs, bacon, onion, garlic, and pickles in a food processor, then pulse until finely chopped.
  2. 2. Add hot dog mixture to ground beef, then add steak sauce and steak seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well, then portion into 4 oz. patties.
  3. 3. Wrap one slice of bacon around each slider patty.
  4. 4. Place sliders on Air Flow Racks.
  5. 5. Hit Steaks/Chops button and adjust temperature to 400 degrees.
  6. 6. Set timer for 20 minutes. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  7. 7. Top with cheddar cheese and serve on slider bun.
