CYPD Spanish Turmeric Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 Cups White Soma Rice
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 piece fresh Turmeric
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Broth mix
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • ½ Carrot, Cubed
  • ¼ Onion, diced
  •  
  • Cilantro, green onion, red onion for garnish
Steps
  1. Rinse rice under water and place in pans. Add water.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and place in 350° oven until fully cooked and fluffy.
  4. Garnish and serve.
