The World's Best Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
  • subheading: My Notes: A reader requested this recipe. I tried it today and it is fantastic. Very easy to make and it took less than 10 minutes. The sauce is dark, rich and sublime.:
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp sweet butter, cut into small pieces
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • pinch salt
  • ½ cup strained Dutch-process cocoa powder (don't substitute - it must be Dutch process for the right color and flavor)
