Sauteed Spinach with Lemon and Garlic
Ingredients
  • Spinach - fresh or frozen
  • Chicken stock
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 5 T butter
Steps
  1. Wilt spinach in small amount of chicken stock
  2. Drain spinach
  3. Add lemon juice, minced garlic and butter
  4. Toss until butter is melted and garlic and lemon juice are incorporated
  5. Check for salt
