Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of organic cold pressed, refrigerated flax seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon of organic flax seeds
  • 1 sprinkle of organic cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of Haley’s Pantry Original Granola
