  • 1 ½ cups chopped cremini mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari, or braggs
  • 1 tablespoon mild chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups hominy**
  • ¼ cup white wine***
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  •  
  • 4 9” by 9” sheets of puff pastry, defrosted****
