  • 1 ¾ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup panko
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups roasted red peppers, cut into small strips
  • ¼ cup bacon bit
