  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (about 40 turns)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon allspice powder
  • 2 cups red onion, diced (260 g)
  • ⅓ cup nutritional yeast (30 g)
