Lemon and Turmeric Chicken One-Pot-Wonder
Ingredients
  • 6 chicken legs (or more if needed)
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 400 mL can coconut cream
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 celery, sliced thinly
  • 1 brown onion
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tbsp. chicken turmeric bone broth powder (product linked above)
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. plain flour mixed with 3 tbsp water to form a paste
