Braised Cabbage - Ancient Nutrition
Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 medium white onions, cut and thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin rounds
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Savoy cabbage, halved, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chicken bone broth (or mix 1 cup of water with 1 scoop of Multi Collagen Protein or 2 scoops Collagen Peptides or 1 scoop Bone Broth Protein)
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
