No-Knead Whole Wheat Bread
Ingredients
  • 3 cups (400g) all-purpose whole wheat flour, spoon and leveled (see notes)
  • ½ teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cup water (room temperature)
  • ½ cup seeds of choice, I like sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds (optional)
