Fish Chowder
Ingredients
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 c water
  • 1 lb fish
  • 2 t salt
  • ¼ t pepper
  • 4 sliced bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ½ c onion cooked in bacon grease
  • 4 c heavy cream
  • 3 T flour
  • 3 T butter
  • ¼ t dried thyme
  • ¼ t dried rosemary
