Low Fodmap Waffles with Lemon Curd

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml (¾ cups 1 tbsp) lactose-free milk
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Optional: lactose-free Greek yogurt
  • Optional: lemon curd ( recipe or storebought)
  • Optional: fresh strawberries
  • A waffle maker
