Ingredients
  • 1 x 400g (14.1oz) tin of cannellini beans, drained + rinsed
  • 250ml (1 cup) unsweetened soy milk
  • 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 400g (14.1oz) rigatoni
  • olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, peeled + chopped
  • 4 tbsp rose harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp tomato purée
  • 2 x 250g (8.8oz) packs puy lentils
  • salt
  • 80g (2.8oz) pitted green olives, halved
  • vegan yoghurt, to serve
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
