  • 500 g beef mince/ground beef
  • ½ tsp pepper, plus more to taste
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • 400 g tin crushed tomatoes
  • 350 g dried macaroni pasta (uncooked, can be substituted with penne or rigatoni, see note 1)
  • ½ cup full cream milk
  • 2 cups tasty cheese or cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped, to serve
