Coconut Steel-Cut Oats
Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk, plus additional for topping (I use full-fat canned coconut milk, but you can substitute lighter varieties if desired)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick or ½ tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
