Fathead Bagels Too
Low Carb Bagels

Servings: 8 Bagels

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 3 Eggs (1 for egg wash)
  • 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tsp Xanthum Gum
  • ½ Tsp Swerve Sweetner
  • Toppings Optional (Everything but the bagel, garlic or onion salt, cinnamon sugar made with swerve, sesame seeds, etc..)
Steps
  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
  3. Melt mozzarella & cream cheese in the microwave for a minute at a time and mix well
  4. Add Almond flour, Eggs, Swerve & Xanthum Gum to the Kitchenaid mixer and combine
  5. Add melted cheese to the dry mix and mix well
  6. Tear a piece of dough off and roll into a long snake like tube and connect at the end to form a ring
  7. Brush bagels with egg wash
  8. Sprinkle Top w/desired toppings
  9. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
Notes
  • Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.  Microwave for 30 seconds, toast or pop in the oven to reheat
