Halibut /Salmon Chowder
Ingredients
  • Halibut / salmon
  • 2 to 3 large carrots
  • One onion
  • Garlic
  • 8 red potatoes / 3 to 4 white potatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Dill
  • Lemon
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • Chicken stock
  • 2 cans creamy corn
  • 1 can evaporated milk
Steps
  1. Simmer Carrots Potatoes Onion garlic in chicken stock until soft
  2. Bake halibut 12 minutes with ½ stick butter and lemon
  3. In crock pot, heat up 2 cans cream style corn, 1 can evaporated milk. Add carrot potato mixture and 1.5 stick butter
  4. Add pepper, cilantro, doll, and salt to taste
  5. Add liquid smoke?
  6. Yum! Enjoy
