  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 dried minced onion flakes
  • 1 ½ cups uncooked yellow split peas *
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 - 14 oz. can lite coconut milk
