  • Ground Ginger use more according to your preference ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon use more according to your preference 1 tsp
  • Keto Sweetener we used an erythritol/stevia blend 2 tbsp
  • Unsalted Butter use coconut oil for dairy-free 5g

  • Hemp Seeds (Hemp Hearts) (Hulled) ¼ cups
  • Nutmeg ¼ tsp
  • Ground Ginger ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Keto Sweetener we used erythritol/stevia sweetener 1 tbsp
  • Almond Milk or use any nut/coconut milk ½ cups
  • Almond Meal (or almond flour) (substitute with ½ tbsp coconut flour if allergic to nuts) 2 tbsp
  • Chia Seeds ½ tbsp
  • Ground Flaxseed use brown flax for a milder flavour 1 tbsp
