  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup distilled vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup + ¾ cup water + more for deglazing
  • 1 ½ lbs boneless country style Pork ribs, cut into 1 ½ inch by ½ inch pieces
  • 3 cups onion, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp vegetable oil
