This is delicious. I used ripe tomatoes cut up and some cherry tomatoes. I used whole wheat spaghetti and home grown basil.
Ingredients
  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 to 25 basil leaves julienned
  • 1 ½ tbsp garlic minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 oz thin spaghetti
  • ½ cup parmesan grated
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
