Pad Woon Sen (ผัดวุ้นเส้น)
Ingredients
  • 40g glass noodles, dry
  • 170g chicken or other protein
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Golden Mountain Sauce or Maggi seasoning
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ small onion, julienned
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cabbage, bite-sized
  • ⅓ cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 tomato, seeds removed and cut into wedges
  • 1 to 2 sprigs spring onions, green part only, cut ½-inch pieces on a bias
