Vegan and Gluten Free No Bake Chocolate Date Rolls
Ingredients
  • dough
  • 1 and ⅓ cup gluten free oat flour
  • ⅓ cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup runny cashew butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 5 tbsp almond milk or any dairy free
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • filling
  • 9 ounces medjool dates
  • ⅓ cup dairy free milk
  • 3 tbsp runny almond butter
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ coconut butter or oil 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp cocoa powder for glaze
  • FOR THE CINNAMON ROLL VERSION: the dough ingredients are the exact same but for the filling, blend 1 cup medjool dates, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ⅓ cup cashew or almond butter and ⅓ cup dairy free milk. for the icing, mix lakanto powdered sugar or regular with dairy free milk and enjoy!
