  • 8 ounces ground pork
  • 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine or dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce may sub regular
  • ½ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • subheading: Sui Mi Ya Cai:
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • ½ cup sui mi ya cai see notes
  • subheading: Noodles and Greens:
  • 1 pound white fresh wheat noodles medium thickness
  • 1 bunch choy sum chopped 6-inches from the top (discard the bottoms)
  • green onions chopped
