Sushi Stuffed Avocados
Ingredients
  • 2 avocados, sliced in half and pits removed
  • subheading: Filling:
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (6 ounce) can of white crabmeat (smoked salmon or seafood of choice)
  • 1 sheet of dried sushi nori, chopped (optional)
  • 2 cup cucumber, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 tbsp pickled ginger, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • subheading: Optional Toppings:
  • Sriracha mayonnaise
  • Sesame seeds
  • Everything seasoning
  • Fried onions
Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix or whip cream cheese until smooth
  2. Add filling ingredients. Stir with a fork until well mixed.
  3. Scoop into avocado halves.
  4. Add toppings if desired
