- Beat to Still Peaks
- Set Aside
- 4 egg yolks
- .25 c or 50 g sugar
- 2 c or 475 ml. whole milk
- 1 c or 237 ml. heavy cream
- 2 oz. or 60 ml Bourbon (to taste, pour heavy)
- 2 oz. or 60 ml Rum (to taste, pour heavy)
- Pinch of Salt
- Nutmeg to taste
- Mix Thoroughly
- Fold in Egg Whites
- Serve in Moose Cup with Nutmeg For Garnish
