Oklahoma Fried Onion Burgers
Ingredients
  • 2 large Vidalia onions, thinly sliced (White onions can also be used)
  • 1 pound of 80/20 certified angus beef, divided into 4 portions
  • Salt, to taste
  • Kerrygold butter, for frying
  • 4 burger buns
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Special Sauce: A mix of French onion dip, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce
