  • 1.5 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar or other sweetener
  • subheading: TO FINISH:
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • chili-garlic or other hot sauce
