Pancakes
Home Made Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups white flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder .
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 TBSP White sugar -
  • 1 large egg( beaten).
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 TBSP veg oil or melted butter.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla ( can substitute with Almond extract )
  • Put dry ingredients in a bowl & stir together. Add beaten egg, oil ,milk & vanilla , stir until all combined. Should be slightly thick for those liking a heavy thick pancake or add extra milk to make a thinner mixture which will give you a fluffier pancake.
  • Make sure your pan is hot , add some veg. Oil to avoid sticking. Put desired amount of mix in pan , watch for bubbles to break the surface ,then turn over. Cook until golden brown.
  • Makes about 6 large pancakes or 12 smaller .
