These vegan Sweet Potato Burger Buns are easy to make, soft, fluffy and delicious. They are great to make vegan burgers for a party, a picnic or a brunch. Enjoy! I spread mine with a little Grass-Fed or Organic Butter!

- 3/4 cup mashed sweet potato (150 g)
- 4 g instant dry yeast
- 3/4 cup water (180 ml)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp plant milk
