Cinnamon Granola Recipe with Coconut Oil
Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped nuts and/or seeds (I used a combination of almonds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds)
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon (or similar spice)
  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp applesauce (here’s my homemade recipe)
