  • ⅛ teaspoon hot sauce (add more if you like a spicier etouffee)
  • 3 ounces shrimp , peeled and deveined (about 8 medium shrimp)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 cup cooked rice (optional for serving)
