  • 1 cup 240ml / 224g buttermilk, room temperature
  • Zest and juice from two large lemons about 2 tbsp zest, 2 tbsp juice

  • ½ cup 100g granulated sugar
  • ½ cup lemon juice about 2 large lemons

  • 1 cup 120g confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice ½ large lemon
