How to Make Gluten-Free Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
  • 4 cups peaches - fresh, frozen, or canned (see below for amounts of each)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¾ cup almond or cashew milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup Smart Balance Buttery Spread or Earth Balance
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour mix (I used Better Balance Gluten-Free Flour Mix)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
