cheeseburger mac & cheese, IP
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp veggie oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small yellow onion diced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ c ketchup
  • 3 c beef broth
  • 3 c elbow macaroni
  • 12 oz. velveeta cheese
Steps
  1. Brown ground beef in hot oil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, minus cheese.
  3. High pressure for 6mins, quick release.
  4. Add cheese, stir until melted.
