  • 2 tbsp golden flax meal

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (can omit if you don't have)
  • 2 C old fashioned gluten-free rolled oats
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ C vegan chocolate chips
  • ½ C rough chopped pecans (optional)
