Ingredients
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • ⅓ cup fresh parsley
  • Scant tbsp. Gouldens Mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ⅓ cup salad oil
  • dash of pepper
  • ¼ cup Taragon vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
Steps
  1. Trim the broccoli and cut to desired size pieces.
  2. Chop the parsley
  3. Mix all ingredients together and let marinade for at least 4 hours.
