  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup milk of your choice (nut, soy or skim)
  • 8 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey
  • ground cinnamon, for topping
