Honey Walnut Shrimp with Asian Slaw
"Our take on a Chinese-restaurant favorite uses the same ingredients, but skips the heavy batter and deep frying. If you can't get jumbo shrimp, use 1 pound of the largest shrimp you can find."

PREP time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 small head napa cabbage (about 12 oz.), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas, cut in half on the diagonal
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
